Founded in Taiwan in 1989, Tachou Rubber Industrial Co., Ltd. has specialized for over three decades in the development and manufacturing of rubber, silicone and PU (polyurethane) rollers and related precision components.
Over the past decade we have focused on the optoelectronics sector — high-quality silicone cleaning rollers, dust-removal rollers, conductive rollers and ESD rollers — widely supplied to PCB, LCD semiconductor, panel and polarizer manufacturers, earning a market-leading reputation through superior quality and service.
In 2024 we officially established our subsidiary and factory in Thailand — Tachou Technology (Thailand) Co., Ltd. — combining Taiwan's R&D expertise with local Thai production capacity, marking our firm step from Taiwan onto the global stage.

Yes. Material, hardness (10–90°), viscosity, dimensions and surface grooving are all customizable to your drawing, with no standard-size limit. The flow is: consultation → formula R&D → sample trial → spec confirmation → quotation → mass production. MOQ and lead time depend on the spec and material — we recommend discussing your process conditions with our technical team.
There are four grades: D low (general cleaning, low dust), C medium (standard process), B high (precision process, strong adhesion), A super-high (cleanrooms, ultra-fine particles). Choose low/medium for general cleaning, high/super-high for precision processes; dimensions and hardness are customizable.
Adjustable surface resistance of 10⁷Ω–10¹⁰Ω, suitable for static-sensitive processes such as copper foil, glass panel, optical film and polarizer. It works for thin panels and resists curling; resistance, dimensions, hardness and viscosity are all customizable.
Changhua, Taiwan is the headquarters and R&D / precision-manufacturing core (formula design, steel-core CNC machining, quality inspection — all integrated). The Thailand factory (Tachou Technology Thailand, established 2024) handles mass production and provides local support for Southeast Asian customers.
